Is AtYourPorch free for contractors?
Yes. Unlimited bidding, your profile and Trust Score, AI bidding tools, analytics, team management and reports are free for every contractor — there are no plans or bid limits.
What does Porch CRM + Knock cost?
Porch CRM + Knock is the one paid product for contractors: $150/mo plus $25/mo per team member. It adds your own CRM pipeline, the Knock canvassing app and Price Books.
Are there any fees?
A 2% platform fee applies only to payments a contractor receives through AtYourPorch. Homeowners never pay a fee.
Can I cancel the CRM?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling the CRM never touches the rest of your account — bidding, your profile and your team stay free.
