1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using At Your Porch (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including homeowners, contractors, commercial property managers, and their team members.
2. Description of the Service
At Your Porch provides a platform for creating a permanent digital record of a property, connecting property owners with verified contractors, and managing maintenance, documents, and project history.
The Service is currently offered to users located in Texas and Oklahoma. Availability in other regions may follow.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Contractor accounts may be subject to identity, license, and insurance verification before certain features become available.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees, plan features, and billing cycles are described at the point of purchase.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the documents, photos, and information you upload. You grant At Your Porch a license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, misrepresenting your identity or credentials, or attempting to disrupt the platform.
6. Contractor & Homeowner Interactions
At Your Porch is a neutral platform. We do not perform contracting work and are not a party to agreements between homeowners and contractors. Trust Scores and reviews are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.
You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with another user.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, At Your Porch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
